Morgan Lewis Adds Paul Johnson, Dasha Sobornova as Partners

Paul Johnson and Dasha Sobornova joined Morgan Lewis as partners in London, the firm announced Monday.

Johnson represents clients in competition matters, advocating before the UK Competition and Markets Authority and the European Commission, the firm said.

Sobornova advises arrangers, investment managers, investors, and corporate service providers on UK- and EU-related securitization and structured finance work. She specializes in representing lenders in collateralized loan obligation transactions, the firm said.

Johnson joins from Baker McKenzie. Sobornova joins from Akin Gump.
