Marina Aronchik joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its technology, outsourcing, and commercial contracts practice in Chicago, the firm announced Monday.
Aronchik focuses on data, digital services, outsourcing, and software transactions, with a focus on structuring and negotiating agreements with digital services providers, including SaaS, IaaS, and other “as a service” deals, the firm said. She also advises clients on digital transformations, data sharing agreements, and other bespoke arrangements.
She joins from Mayer Brown.
