Morgan Lewis Adds Lynam, Sand as Disputes Litigation Partners

Ashley Lynam and Jacob Sand joined Morgan Lewis as partners in its litigation practice in Philadelphia, the firm announced Thursday.

Lynam represents businesses in disputes related to executive misconduct, fraud, sexual harassment, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation, and RICO claims, the firm said. She also manages complex internal investigations and counsels company leadership in negotiations with regulatory agencies.
