Morgan Lewis Adds Justice, FCC Veteran as Partner (Correct)

David Plotinsky has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner to focus on national security, telecommunications and foreign investment in the U.S., the firm said Tuesday.

Plotinsky, who will be based in the Washington office, has served in both the Federal Communications Commission’s cybersecurity division and the Justice Department’s national security division, according to Morgan Lewis.

The firm’s technology, media, and telecom group did more deals before the U.S. national security agencies and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. than any rival, Morgan Lewis chair Jami McKeon said in a statement.
