Stacie Hartman joined Morgan Lewis as a litigator in the firm’s investment management and disputes practices in Chicago, the firm announced Thursday.
Hartman represents financial institutions and exchanges, futures commission merchants, swap dealers, proprietary trading firms, individual traders, and executives in complex litigation focused on financial markets and the financial services industry, the firm said.
She also conducts comprehensive internal investigations in her enforcement work and handles the follow-on private litigation that sometimes accompanies an enforcement action, Morgan Lewis said.
