Alex Hastings has joined Morgan Lewis as a partner with the regulatory practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Thursday.
Hastings works with aerospace and defense, life science, technology, and commercial companies on legal and compliance matters during the government contracting process, according to Morgan Lewis. His practice also included advising transaction teams on the buy and sell sides involving government contractor due diligence reviews and transaction document negotiations.
He formerly practiced at Covington & Burling.
