Alice Hrdy has joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius as a partner in its Washington office after three decades of service with the Federal Trade Commission and the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the firm said Monday.
Hrdy, a former principal deputy assistant director of the CFPB’s office of supervision policy, will assist banks, financial services, fintech, and tech companies respond to inquiries from financial regulatory agencies, according to Morgan Lewis.
She will represent clients in examinations, investigations, and contested supervisory matters before several agencies including the FTC, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve Board, ...
