Bingna Guo joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in China, the firm announced Tuesday.

Guo represents global companies, audit committees, and individuals in cross-border investigations and enforcement actions, the firm said. She also advises on comprehensive compliance programs and training, and handles complex disputes matters.

She joins from White & Case.
