Morgan Lewis Adds Andrew Callaghan as London Global Tax Partner

Andrew Callaghan joined Morgan Lewis as a partner in its tax practice in London, the firm announced Monday.

Callaghan represents clients on the tax aspects of domestic and international corporate and finance transactions, and provides structuring and consultancy advice. His clients include institutional investors, management teams, and portfolio companies, the firm said.

He joins from Milbank.
