More Bavarian Nordic Shareholders Unite Against PE Takeover (1)

A growing list of Bavarian Nordic A/S shareholders is pushing back against a private equity bid for the Danish vaccine maker by Nordic Capital and Permira.

More than 3,300 investors registered with the Danish Shareholders Association to signal their opposition to the takeover, according to the organization, which said they collectively own close to 10% of Bavarian Nordic’s share capital. The development was first reported by Danish newspaper Finans.
