David Freda joined Moore & Van Allen as a member in its commercial real estate group in Charleston, S.C., the firm announced Tuesday.
Freda advises on structuring real estate equity finance and corporate transactions, in addition to managing the process and closing of commercial real estate acquisitions and financings in all asset classes, the firm said. He represents regional and national developers, investors, and operators in the industrial, office, multifamily, and mixed-used sectors.
He joins from Morris, Manning & Martin.
