Mark Tibberts joined Moore & Van Allen as a member in its financial services group in Charlotte, N.C., the firm announced Thursday.
Tibberts advises on the development, financing, sale, and acquisition of energy and infrastructure projects, including conventional and solar, wind and other renewable energy power plants, coal mines, ports, toll roads, and gas and oil pipeline and storage facilities, the firm said.
He joins from Baker & McKenzie.
