Molson Coors Legal Chief Leaves Company After Year in Role (1)

Molson Coors Beverage Co.'s top lawyer Anne-Marie D’Angelo has left the company a little more than a year after coming aboard to succeed the beer giant’s longtime legal chief.

D’Angelo, chief legal and government affairs officer at Molson Coors, resigned Thursday for personal reasons, the company disclosed in a securities filing.

Molson Coors said in a statement that “we respect her decision and have accepted her resignation.” Molson Coors added that D’Angelo has “agreed to remain under contract for legal support” through year’s end, noting it was “grateful to Anne-Marie for her time with our company.”
