Morrison & Foerster advised San Francisco-based private equity firm Main Post Partners on its investment in Mishimoto, a maker of performance cooling products for the automotive aftermarket.
Troutman Pepper advised Delaware-based Mishimoto on the transaction, for which no financial details were disclosed, according to a statement.
Founded in 2005, Mishimoto said it pioneered cooling products such as radiators, intercoolers, oil, fluids, fans, thermostats, shields, air intakes, exhaust, and related components and accessories.
