Paul Navarro has joined Morrison & Foerster as a partner in its emerging companies and venture capital group in Los Angeles, the law firm said Tuesday.
Navarro, who joins from Perkins Coie, advises founders, directors, and investors, MoFo said in an announcement. He has worked with companies in the U.S. and Latin America, including in equity and debt financings, general corporate governance, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, tender offers, and exit events.
Navarro is the fourth California-based corporate partner to join the firm in the last year, following in the footsteps of Michael Glaser and Mike LaPlante in San Francisco, and patent strategy and prosecution partner Hogene Choi in Silicon Valley
