Morrison & Foerster LLP told a federal court in San Francisco two female lawyers remaining from a group that sued for alleged systemic bias pregnancy and caregiver bias only have themselves to blame for their “failure to thrive” at the firm.

Sherry William, who no longer works at MoFo as of Dec. 31, and Linklaters LLP attorney Joshua Ashley Klayman each failed to meet performance expectations, the firm said Feb. 16 in answering a fourth amended complaint.
