Mitchell Moves to Holland & Knight’s Trade Team From Paul Weiss

Nathan Mitchell joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its international trade group in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.

Mitchell advises on national security matters, including reviews by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States, the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency and Team Telecom, as well as on U.S. export controls and economic sanctions. He counsels U.S. and foreign private equity sponsors as well as U.S. and foreign companies across a variety of industries, the firm said.

He joins from Paul, Weiss.
