Mark Lerner joined Mintz as a member and chair of its employment litigation practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Lerner represents clients in complex employment issues, including executive and private equity compensation disputes, trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes, discrimination and harassment litigation, and internal investigations. He handles matters involving executive compensation disputes, non-competition agreements, employee raiding, discrimination claims, and wage and hour actions, the firm said.
He joins from Kasowitz Benson Torres.
