Mintz Recruits Luis Torres as Energy, Sustainability Partner

Luis Torres joined Mintz as a member in its energy and sustainability practice in Washington and New York, the firm announced Monday.

Torres represents sponsors, asset managers, commercial and multilateral lenders, and sovereign entities. His practice focuses on structuring, developing, and financing energy, transport, telecommunications, and other infrastructure projects in the United States, Latin America, and other global jurisdictions, the firm said.
