Mintz Levin Gives Staff $1,000 Bonuses

Mintz Levin recently gave each of its approximately 550 staff members a special $1,000 bonus to celebrate a 13 percent increase in equity partner profits.

This is the second time the firm has awarded such bonuses. They’re separate from merit-based bonuses awarded in June, according to managing member Bob Bodian.

Over the past three years, Boston-based Mintz Levin has seen 35 percent profit growth, 30 percent revenue growth, and 20 percent growth in revenue per lawyer, according to Bodian.
