Amit Singh joined Mintz as a member of its corporate practice in San Diego, the firm announced Monday.
Singh leads venture capital, private equity, technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture deals. He represents companies and investors in industries including life sciences, software, hardware, communications and networking, internet-based technology, manufacturing and distribution, and medical devices, the firm said.
He joins from Dentons.
