Mintz Hires Alok Choksi as Securities, Capital Markets Partner

Alok Choksi joined Mintz as a member in its securities and capital markets practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Choksi represents investment banks and domestic and foreign private issuers in equity securities offerings and strategic investments. He handles securities offerings for clients in life sciences and other industries, focusing on registered offerings and advising on private placements, the firm said.
