Rachel Alexander has joined Mintz PC as a member with the health law practice, the firm said Monday.
Alexander represents clients in managed care and payor regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters, particularly those involving pharmacy benefit and drug pricing related issues, according to Mintz.
She deals with PBM contract negotiation, administration, and procurement matters as well as provides guidance on compliance with federal law, Mintz said.
