Mintz Expands Boston Office With Litigator Duo Lashway, Lisy

Scott Lashway and Chris Lisy have joined Mintz as members in the Boston office in the data and privacy litigation and investigations practice, the firm said Wednesday.

Lashway will serve as co-chair of the firm’s privacy and cybersecurity practice, according to Mintz. He acts as counsel for disputes, corporate crises, and investigations in addition to privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, and AI advisory work.

Lisy serves as an advisor to financial services and insurance organizations and their directors and officers, said the firm. He defends clients in complex litigation and class actions involving shareholders, policy owners, and agents.
