Mintz Adds Former US Attorney Barron as White Collar Partner

Erek Barron joined Mintz as a member in its white collar defense and government investigations practice in Washington, D.C., and Maryland, the firm announced Monday.

Barron will lead Mintz’s crisis management and strategic response team, and his practice will include complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.

Barron was the US Attorney for the District of Maryland. His work included oversight of major False Claims Act settlements and civil rights resolutions involving health-care providers and public agencies.
