Amber Soler joined Miller Johnson as counsel in its private client, probate, and estate planning practice in Grand Rapids, Mich., the firm announced Wednesday.

Soler advises individuals and families on comprehensive estate planning, estate and gift tax planning, probate administration, and trust-related matters.

Her practice includes drafting and implementing wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, health-care directives, and tailored trust funding plans designed to align with each client’s unique goals and circumstances, the firm said.
