Miles & Stockbridge Opens New York Office With Principal Wagner

William R. Wagner has joined Miles & Stockbridge as a principal in the firm’s new Midtown Manhattan office in New York, the firm said Thursday.

Wagner, a transactional finance lawyer, joined the firm’s real estate and transactional finance practice group, where he will assist clients structure and negotiate secured and unsecured credit facilities, according to Miles.

He works with corporate borrowers, private equity firms, portfolio companies, agent banks, specialty lenders, and other types of financial institutions in US and foreign markets, the firm said.
