Miles & Stockbridge said Tuesday it is combining with real estate finance law firm Krooth & Altman, creating an operation of more than 200 lawyers with a heavy presence in the nation’s capital.
Krooth’s entire 30-lawyer-team is joining Miles’ finance and real estate practice group in Washington, Miles & Stockbridge said in a statement. Twenty-two Krooth & Altman principals are making the move, including the firm’s management committee of Melissa Johnson, Sameer Upadhya, Jon Opert and David Barsky.
