Warren T. Allen II and Ray D. McKenzie have joined Miles & Stockbridge as principals with the white collar, fraud, and government investigations practice group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Thursday.

Allen and McKenzie will focus on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, internal investigations, corporate compliance, and sensitive personnel matters, according to Miles & Stockbridge.

They co-founded a Washington-based boutique white collar litigation firm where they handled internal investigations, government enforcement proceedings, civil litigation, and related compliance and corporate-governance matters, Miles & Stockbridge said.

McKenzie also served as an assistant US attorney for Maryland. They both previously practiced at Skadden.
