Milbank Taps SEC’s Gurbir Grewal as Litigation Partner in NY

Gurbir Grewal joined Milbank as a partner in its litigation and arbitration group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Grewal was previously the director of the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division, where he oversaw all investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation conducted by the agency, the firm said.
