Milbank Taps SEC Chief Litigation Counsel Olivia Choe as Partner

Olivia Choe joined Milbank as a partner in its litigation and arbitration group in Washington, the firm announced Monday.

Choe litigates complex and white collar cases relating to securities matters, bringing extensive experience in high profile trials, the firm said.

She joins from the Securities and Exchange Commission, where she was chief litigation counsel.
