Milbank Taps Colleen Roh Sinzdak as Washington Appellate Partner

Colleen Roh Sinzdak joined Milbank as a partner in its Supreme Court and appellate practice in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.

Sinzdak specializes in appellate and complex litigation, particularly in life sciences, health-care, emerging technologies, bankruptcy, and white collar matters. She has argued multiple cases before the Supreme Court and in courts of appeals, and has been the principal drafter of more than 100 Supreme Court briefs, the firm said.

She joins from the Justice Department, where she was assistant to the solicitor general.
