Jenna McGrath has joined Milbank LLP as a partner with the global project, energy, and infrastructure finance group in Washington, D.C., the firm said Wednesday.
McGrath, who joins from Paul Hastings, focuses on transactional and litigation work in the energy regulatory space, according to Milbank.
She provides advice on laws and regulations governing development of electric generation and transmission projects as well as revenues for wholesale and retail electricity and transmission services to developers, lenders, private equity, utilities, and large industrial electricity customers, Milbank said.
McGrath previously served as an attorney-advisor at FERC’s Office of the General Counsel.
