Milbank Hires John Green as Tax Renewables Partner in Washington

John Green joined Milbank as a partner in its global project, energy, and infrastructure finance group in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.

Green concentrates his practice on federal tax planning and controversy, advising clients on complex tax issues in domestic and international contexts. He works with clients in real estate, energy, financial services, and private investment, structuring tax-efficient transactions and providing guidance on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and fund formations, the firm said.

He joins from King & Spalding.
