Alex Meirowitz joined Milbank as a partner in its real estate group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Meirowitz represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, focusing on debt and equity representations. His practice includes purchase and sales, borrower- and lender-side financings across various asset classes, and advising on joint venture formation and negotiation, the firm said.
He joins from Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
