Milbank Adds Two Partners to Global Corporate, Tax Teams

Derek M. Winokur and Edward P. Lemanowicz have joined Milbank as partners in the New York office, the firm said Wednesday.

Winokur, who joins the global corporate group, focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions, said Milbank.

Lemanowicz joins the global tax group and centers his practice on the federal tax aspects of private equity transactions, and he assists public and private companies in their strategic transactions, according to Milbank.

The pair were most recently partners at Dechert.
