Thomas Sines joined Milbank as a partner in its Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group in New York, the firm announced Thursday.
Sines’ practice focuses on energy and infrastructure financings, including project finance, debt capital markets, bank financings and corporate transactions. He represents sponsors and creditors in complex transactions across the digital infrastructure, and domestic and Latin America energy and infrastructure sectors, the firm said.
He joins from Paul Hastings.
