Microsoft Paints ‘Call of Duty’ Sale as Activision Dealbreaker

Microsoft Corp. made it clear on Tuesday that there will be no $69 billion deal to buy Activision Blizzard Inc. unless it comes with the blockbuster title Call of Duty.
