McKool Smith Recruits Chad Hummel as Principal in Los Angeles

Chad Hummel joined McKool Smith as a principal in its Los Angeles office, the firm announced Monday.

Hummel represents clients in litigating antitrust, consumer protection, intellectual property, and complex civil, regulatory, and criminal matters, according to the firm.

He also advises public and private companies on compliance, regulatory investigations, and actions by governmental agencies, including the Justice Department, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and state attorneys general, the firm said.
