McGuireWoods Taps Amanda Wieker as Intellectual Property Partner

Amanda Wieker joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its intellectual property practice group in Richmond, Va., the firm announced Wednesday.

Wieker represents clients in patent infringement cases before federal courts, the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. International Trade Commission, the firm said.

She joins from the US Patent & Trademark Office.
