Jon Mooney has joined McGuireWoods’ debt finance practice as a partner in Pittsburgh, the firm said Wednesday.
Mooney joins from his previous role of managing chief counsel for corporate banking and capital markets at PNC Financial Services Group, according to McGuireWoods.
He was in control of guidance for legal coverage in corporate finance, asset backed finance, public finance, and asset based lending, the law firm said.
