McGuireWoods Recruits Woodruff as Employment Litigation Partner

Gretchen Woodruff joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its litigation practice in Pittsburgh, the firm announced Tuesday.

Woodruff represents employers across the financial services, manufacturing, energy, health care, and communications industries, the firm said. She litigates collective and class action wage-and-hour lawsuits under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state wage-and-hour laws, disputes involving restrictive covenants or injunctive relief, and single and multi-plaintiff actions under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
