Brian Bewley joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its healthcare and life sciences practice in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Tuesday.
Bewley advises healthcare and life sciences companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies on regulatory compliance, government investigations, and transactions, according to McGuireWoods. His clients include Fortune 100 corporations, global pharmaceutical and orthopedics companies, hospitals and health systems, as well as medical equipment suppliers, digital health, and digital therapeutics companies.
He joins from Reed Smith.
