McGuireWoods Recruits Timothy Rusche as Employment Partner

Timothy Rusche joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its employment litigation practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.

Rusche defends employers in wage-and-hour class and collective actions, as well as matters involving alleged workplace harassment, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, retaliation, and breach of employment contracts. He also advises clients on workforce restructuring, wage-and-hour audits, employment contracts, policies, noncompete agreements, employee handbooks, misconduct investigations, and other compliance issues, the firm said.

He joins from Seyfarth Shaw.
