Charlotte Mitchell joined McGuireWoods as a partner in Raleigh, N.C., the firm announced Wednesday.
Mitchell joins from the North Carolina Utilities Commission, where she was chair. On the commission, she presided over major rate cases, long-term planning proceedings, and regulatory investigations involving electric, natural gas, water, and transportation providers.
