Lisa Lind joined McGuireWoods as a partner in Pittsburgh, the firm announced Thursday.
Lind advises publicly traded companies on corporate governance issues, strategic transactions, capital markets activities, federal securities reporting requirements, and other critical legal matters the firm said.
Previously, she was senior counsel and assistant corporate secretary at Equitrans Midstream Corp., which merged with EQT Corp., and as legal counsel at EQT Corp.
