Zachary Shub-Essig joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its private equity practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Tuesday.
Shub-Essig joins from Sidley Austin, where he was counsel. He focuses on private equity matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity offerings and other complex corporate deals in the technology, healthcare and industrial sectors.
