McGuireWoods Grabs Skowronski as Employee Benefits Partner

Andrew Skowronski joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its employee benefits practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Skowronski counsels clients on benefits and executive compensation arrangements associated with corporate transactions and ongoing company operations. He assists in designing and implementing equity-based, phantom equity, and cash-based incentives and deferred compensation plans, as well as employment, retention, and severance agreements, the firm said.

He joins from Katten Muchin Rosenman.
