Leo Q. Li joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its labor and employment practice in Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.
Li’s practice spans the full spectrum of wage and hour matters and representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act. He has successfully defended domestic and foreign employers across industries, including industrial manufacturing, distribution and logistics, education, insurance, aerospace, retail, restaurant, hotel, natural resources and professional environmental services.
He joins from Seyfarth Shaw.
