Gregory Fosheim joined McGuireWoods as a partner in its healthcare and life sciences practice in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.
Fosheim, who was a microbiologist before becoming a lawyer, joins from McDermott Will & Schulte. He counsels healthcare providers, health systems, physician practice management companies, clinical laboratories and life sciences clients on transactional and operational matters.
